Project Manager in Product Development
Your responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets in cooperation with the product owner and the lead engineer
- Track project progress and proactively manage changes and deviations
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Provide regular project updates, including risks and issues, to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Our requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in technical environment running R&D projects , new product introductions, technology transfers in manufacturing or similar,
- Proven track record of successfully managed projects from initiation to completion,
- Fluent English , both written and spoken,
- Strong leadership, communication interpersonal skills,
- University degree in technical field ( Mechanical Engineering background is a plus),
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or similar) is an advantage.

As Project Manager in Product Development you will have crucial role in in leading end-to-end delivery of new products—from concept selection and development to product launch. Your role is to ensure that new products meet specified market needs and are delivered efficiently within the defined time and budget.
